Delivery
Delivery is FREE to all UK addresses on orders totalling over £100. For orders of £100 or under there is a small charge of £4.60 for postage & packing. This charge is for Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and we simply just pass it on!
Please note that as all orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Registered Post, a signature is required upon receipt of delivery. For deliveries to addresses different to that of billling addresses, this service may be refused from time to time for security reasons.
For addresses outside of the UK, we are hoping to be implementing our international delivery service as and when security checks can be made to each individual country.
Subject to security checks and stock availability, please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery. Out of stock items, please allow up to 21 working days.

As we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all purchases. If for any reason you wish to change your mind with your purchase, simply return to us and we will issue you a refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original cost of postage and packing unless we have sent you the goods in error or it is faulty. Please also note that there is a surge charge for the sale transaction of 5% of the goods value which will be deducted from the refund value given to you.
Please ensure that the item returned for a refund is unworn, in its original condition and packing, accompanied with its invoice. In the case of items such as earrings, to qualify for a refund these must not be taken out of their sealed plastic packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns for earrings if they have been unsealed from their original plastic packaging. As we cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to reach us, we strongly recommend that you use Recorded/Registered post. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of sending the goods back to us unless we have sent it to you in error or it is faulty.

In addition to our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of delivery in accordance with the UK's The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Returns & Cancellations
All returns and cancellations must be confirmed either in writing or via email. Please note that we do not accept any return(s) without prior Returns Authorisation Reference number(s) issued by us. Please ensure to quote your Returns/Order Reference number in all correspondence.

Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions at our web site and are set out below. We recommend you read through these thoroughly before placing your order.
1. From time to time, we may review and change these terms and conditions without prior notice to you.
2. Upon completion of your order, an acknowledgement receipt of your order will be e-mailed to you. Please note that your contract to purchase the goods is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the goods has been despatched to you.
3. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will notify you at the first opportunity and a full refund will be given if the goods has been paid for.
4. Deliveries, at this point in time, are made to UK addresses only. However this service will be made available to countries that are in the Euro zone, Unites States & Canada by October/November 2007. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded/Registered Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt.
5. Whilst we made every effort to ensure that all prices displayed at our website are correct, there may be occasions where errors occur. In the case where errors are discovered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of accepting the order at the correct price or a refund. If we are unable to contact you with the details provided by you at our website, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund if it has been paid for.
6. For card payments, please note that your card will not be charged until the goods has been despatched to you in full.
