1. Protx, our Payment Service Provider, provides very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised.
2. Protx security measures ensure that your credit/debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions.
3. Your sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls.
4. Additional security measures include a security key that is used to produce an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often used as digital signatures as they cannot be reversed to obtain the original information. They allow the receiver to validate that the information received is identical to that sent.
5. Protx Payment Form is designed so that we, the vendor, do not hold sensitive information on our website, should anyone gain unauthorised access to our database the information they obtain will not allow them to recover credit or debit card details or other sensitive information.
6. The possibility of obtaining sensitive information from the Protx VSP database is minimised due to high levels of encryption; firewall security and the measures taken to ensure the information is indecipherable.
7. Protx's physical security and resilience ensure that several forms of physical security and multiple levels of system backup protect the Protx VSP and database. This makes transaction processing highly reliable and resilient to events such as security breach or power failure.

In order to guarantee your privacy, together with Protx, we can assure you that:

1. We, the vendor, will never pass your personal details to a third party.
2. Protx will never pass your financial and personal details to a third party. The only information we, the vendor, ever receives about you is a shipping address and this only with your express permission.
3. We will never sell our mailing list. You will receive no junk mail as a result of registering with Protx or us, the vendor.
4. We will never exploit your personal details in any manner.
