Delivery

Delivery is FREE to all UK addresses with Royal Mail 1st Recorded Delivery (2 - 3 working days).  For next working day delivery and orders of £30 or over, subject to customer's funds cleared in full on the same day before 5:00 p.m., we strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for an additional charge of £5.45.

Please note that all orders are despatched via Royal Mail Recorded/Registered post, a signature is required upon receipt of delivery. For deliveries to addresses different to that of billing naddresses, this service may be refused from time to time due to security reasons.

For addresses outside of the UK, we are hoping to implement the international delivery service in the near future!

Subject to security checks and stocks availability, please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery on some transactions. If an item is out of stock and we anticipate a longer delivery date, we will contact you by phone or email to agree a new delivery schedule.

Returns & Refunds

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss, 7 day money back guarantee.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your product(s) within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we will issue an exchange or a full refund.

Please ensure that the item returned for a refund is unworn, in its original condition and packing, accompanied with its invoice and a Returns Authorisation Reference number issued by us. Please note that we do not accept any returns without a Returns Authorisation Number.

When returning an item, the cost of postage will be paid by the customer. We recommend that items returned should be sent via an insured or traceable service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any items which go missing in the post and do not reach us.

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to T T Jewellers Ltd have cleared in full.

Order Notes

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference number. T T Jewellers Ltd monitor prices on a daily basis.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale'. As a result, T T Jewellers Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Credit Card Security
